When Dome Communications & Dean Foods needed a Mediagenic™ program to enhance brand awareness and to engage and invigorate local dairies carrying the Milk Chug label, they turned to P.R.omotion!® for a program that could provide "Supersized" results on a limited budget. The essence of the program was a Free Milk Chug (1:64 scale) mini-NASCAR racer, with only 5 purchases, but the program was given local-marketing legs when P.R.omotion!® took a full-sized version of the Milk Chug stock car to various NASCAR tracks and Dean Foods retailers on the NASCAR Nextel Cup circuit. While at the stores, consumers were allowed to not only "touch" a real NASCAR race car, but the brand also provided consumers with the opportunity to actually SIT in the driver's seat of this very real race car - a few lucky store managers were even allowed to "fire up" the race-ready engine! Digital pix of consumers in and on the car were taken at each appearance and then posted to a special Milk Chug Race Team site that very same day. Each NASCAR race car appearance was part of a local Radio P.R.omotion!® that increased traffic to the station's Website and considerably escalated Milk Chug product sales wherever the car appeared.
