Katie McShane brings a diverse background to the team at P.R.omotion! Katie's early years were spent in Europe - attending school in both London and Rome ­ before returning to New York to study music and theatre. It was there, while attending plays and concerts, that Katie gained an insight into theatrics that allows her to bring a unique perspective to the arena of special event marketing. Katie also enjoys giving back to the community, and has therefore made working on fundraisers a unique specialty of hers within the P.R.omotion! team.

In addition, Katie has worked from the bottom up in the restaurant/bar business, starting as a hostess and waitress, and now managing at a prestigious and well-known restaurant in Midtown. This all-levels perspective makes Katie our "secret weapon" for all of our clients who require "on-premise" event experience and background.

But don't be fooled!....when she's not working, Katie's playing! And Katie spends as much time traveling the world as possible; Amsterdam, Singapore and Malaysia were her most recent destinations, but New York will always be home, where she enjoys spending time exploring the city with her friends and discovering new restaurants, shops and clubs on a daily basis.
